A print is a flat copy of an image, mass-produced without any physical texture.
Yes, this is possible.
We paint every painting on order, so we are able to modify the color with the artist as you wish.
What we need are just the right instructions and details (where to modify the painting).

The time varies significantly based on size, complexity, and drying time between layers.
A single painting can take an artist from several days to several weeks to complete.
We do not have paintings in stock; all our paintings are made to order.

The hanging system is mounted on the painting, so it hangs as shown in the images.
But it is possible to modify the hanging system to your liking.
Art is relative and is perceived differently from anybody's perspective.
If it satisfies your vision, then all you need to do is make it happen.

Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 business days for us to carefully prepare, varnish, and package your artwork(including artwork creation time).
Shipping Time: Shipping to the US/CA typically takes 3-7 business days via FedEx, DHL, TNT, or UPS Express. You will receive a tracking number once it ships.
*Please note that the above time range does not include delays caused by uncontrollable factors (such as natural disasters, flight delays, etc.)
All paintings are shipped after painting, framing, and quality inspection are completed. All paintings come with free 100% insurance coverage.
Your painting is packaged with extreme care.
It is wrapped in glassine paper, protected with bubble wrap and corner guards, and shipped in a custom-built, rigid cardboard box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Once the painting is completed, the tracking code will be redirected to you, and you will be able to see an updated tracking report in the system.
If you ordered a framed painting, DHL/FEDEX/UPS will reach out to the email or phone number you registered with us.
They will give you the ETA.
In case you have not received shipment tracking information, send us an email at info@huemaster.com, and we will share tracking details with you as soon as possible.
If in any case you suspect the order to take longer than you anticipated, send us an email at info@huemaster.com and we'll let you know the status of the order.

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply, and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties.
These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your art. We offer a 30-day return policy for original paintings from the date of delivery.
The item must be returned in its original condition.
If the return or refund is due to our fault, such as product defects, we will cover the shipping costs. Conversely, if the return or refund results from reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Custom commissions are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival.
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as you notice the damage at info@huemaster.com with photos of the damage and the packaging.
According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

For any reason, if you don't like the painting you received, you can return it in its original package and condition within 30 days of receipt.

Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.
For PayPal account holders, it takes up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account.
For credit card refunds, 10 business days are required for the transaction to be completed.

The process typically takes 4-8 weeks from consultation to final delivery, allowing time for creation, reviews, and proper drying/varnishing.
